Before I took this course, I visited a hypnosis seminar to help me quit smoking. I was skeptical of course, as I had never done anything like that before. Not to mention that all my other attempts to quit smoking were largely unsuccessful. An hour and a half later, after it was all said and done, I left the seminar, got into my car, took out my pack of cigarettes (a habit I had for years), and realized then that I didn't want one. The cigarette I smoked before the seminar was the last one I smoked. That is when I was convinced of the power of hypnosis. The length of an article is rather immaterial about its response from people. People are more interested in the matter about quit smoking counter, and not length.
